[Resolved] HDFC Bank Securities — unfair suspension of trading account and resultant financial loss | |||
Dear sir/madam, I have dp trading and securities account with hdfc sec since last 12 years. That hdfc securities normally updated my change of details online since the inception of account. Recently they emailed me that my trading account has been suspended without any sufficient notice period. The reason they have given is failure to update re-kyc. I strongly condemned their claim as i have already updated my adhaar and pan details (Pan should be the same for all those 12 years, and i don't understand why they asking me every year) during november 2017. I personally visited hdfc securities, mithakhali ahmedabad and hdfc bank, ashram road, ahmedabad branch. After that i always believed that i don't need to provide further legal proof to continue my trading account held at hdfc sec. On top of that i have also uploaded my adhaar and pan details online through their online portal. Above all i did because i am an indian citizen but living abroad on permanent category visa i. E permanent resident of australia. This guys forced me to visit their branch in india and i am unable to do that for two reasons. The first is i have already provided them my adhaar and pan card at branch and i have been holding this account for 12 years and always paid them their fees on time. The second one is, it is their mistake and why i should have to incurred the loss? I am very upset that they ceased my account and still charging me for nonperforming account just due to their negligence and unfair conduct. I have already written then 2 times to reactivate my account. It seems their employees are too incompetent to provide on-time customer resolution. Please help me as i am incurring substantial financial loss every day due to their unfair practices. You are my last resort for a help. Was this information helpful? | |||
