HDFC Bank — unauthorized online fraud bank transaction to hdfc bank payzapp wallet using sbi debit card details from bangalore

My account number is 32xx3753xx2. Hereby i want to inform you that 7th of december, 2017 at 5:34 p. M i received two messages from bz-atmsbi. That message informed me that there were two transactions which were held using my debit card details as a purchase on hdfc payzapp wallet load from bangalore. Which was totally unauthorized. My debit card no. - 4786-7xx0-0xx8-0034 (Sbi visa card). On that time debit card was in my hand & the mobile no. Which is linked to my bank account that mobile connection was with me too.in fact, i didn't share/receive any otp for those transactions. If you notice in my transaction history you can understand who withdraw those amounts, he/she tried several times to withdraw 10000/- rupees but fortunately, that person succeeded in two times.

On the day when the incident happened i immediately call two organisations one was state bank of india & second was payzapp customer care..

Within 15 min of the transaction, i tried to inform payzapp about that. I called them through payzapp customer care number[protected] which i find out from google.
So my horrible experience was that which female hindi medium executive attend my call, her verdict was 'payzapp don't even take any primary action against this as per their term & condition with customers'. She doesn't even inform me about their cyber cell.

Somehow i was not convinced of her problem-solving attitude that's why i called again to that same customer care no. After one day. This time i have chosen english & looking for an english medium executive. Fortunately that executive suggest me to write a mail at this mail id which belongs from your cyber cell - [protected]@payzapp.in

Beside other legal action, i took immediate action here again & wrote my first mail to payzapp cyber cell on 9th december 2017 at 5:24 p. M with all details including my police complaint & bank complaint details.

Payzapp cyber cell doesn't even reply & note took that seriously because i didn't get any reply of that mail. So 13th december 2017 i mailed them again as my personal query what is the status of my case which i informed them.

I got my first reply from their side on 21st december 2017 & informed me that - "we regret to inform you that the complete amount has been utilized by the user."

They are responding after 12 days of my first mail & after 8 days of my follow up mail. That means that fraud hacker is getting 12 days more to manage that money.

I beg to payzapp, sir please give us few more importance. As a common middle-class man, this 14980/- inr amount is much bigger in front of me. It almost my two month's salary.

This crime was taken place through online so it was not a physical crime. Till date, payzapp can easily take action & track the money to help me to bring back.

If people will do everything as per rules but it needs few times so i believe, payzapp should hold that money to verify the complaint if complainer failed to claim that money then give him/ her that money holder a clean cheat & give him that amount. At least keep that money & account under observation.

If they take those action properly i hope we will be in a position to identify that victim & it will also help my police cyber crime branch to solve this case as quickly as possible. Most important sir i will get back my money which is more important to me..!!

If we just do our duty then the victim will not get his proper judgement & fraud people will not get any punishment. Maybe today, when i am writing you this or payzapp executive reading this, that fraud people looking for his new target or someone is being another victim of him like me.

As a lighter note, i want to know from you that is there any possibility to get my money back??

I am waiting for a fruitful action with a hope that i will receive a fruitful answer... Thank you.
