[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Wrong and hidden charges by HDFC BANK | |||||
This is harassment that I have to retype this issue... Regarding charges of 5.75 on 21st June for Imps in my customer Id 5089771. This is completely wrong as I have never done any IMPS and made a clear choice of doing NEFT, this is not ethical by Hdfc bank. I will have to close my account report this error to RBI if HDFC charges wrongly and unethical like this. RBS bank is converting its salary account and giving us option to convert our salary accounts to hdfc and Standard chartered bank.. i will make your i advice my friends not to open or keep relation with hdfc bank which is a fraud How can HDFC BANK convert my NEFT TRANSACTION to IMPS and without my approval charge for it., .. i am disappointed (with my other banks like indusind bank and IDBI bank offering me free fund transfer option) why should I not close my account with HDFC BANK..This is a fraud bank. And leave no chance to behave unethically... If you do not resolve this within 2 days...
