[Resolved] HDFC Bank Fastag — incorrect deduction of toll charges | |
I took fastag hdfc yesterday afternoon from surajbari toll plaza, gujarat and they informed it will take few hours to get activated. Once done, i crossed the toll paying the charges in cash and to my surprise i got a message in night that charges are again deducted from fastag wallet. I hv been trying to call 1033 and other helpline nos but it says no doesnt exist. I tried to call min 50 times but no result. There is no email id for complains. I have applied for Fastag through HDFC and my Application No is HFR615847. I have also paid Rs.500 through my Credit Card.
I am yet to receive any confirmation Mail regarding the same.
