This is in reference to the transaction made in my account under the header of depository charges; without any intimidation by the HDFCSEC bank. I'm not using this account for trading it was opened by mistake, maybe at the time of the saving account opening I'm not a regular trader and haven't invested in any type of fund.
Kindly reverse the deducted amount to my account of rs 590.00/- which was deducted from my savings/salary account on 13 April 2023 under the name of depository charges and please close this demate account.

Hi,
This is to inform you that today from my saving account rs 885 got deducted as depository charges .however I was not using my demat account from long time and it was inactive. I was unable to do log in as well.i called customer care but they provided me another no which was unavailable.
First they call and say to open demat account for free and request u to make a transaction of any rs. Then then after years they deduct charges as depository charges.
As my account was inactive so I want my money to be refunded .

Initially when we did not have demat account they forced us to create one without intimating us that they are going to charge annual fees and i received the call earlier from customer care i also speak him deny of this service. Now all of a sudden they have charged rs 885.00/-.. This is very bad and disappointing. And i have never used the demat account till now.. If i call the customer care they will not have answers. And they will not communicate that they are charging.
Please do the needful as earliest.

I don't think HDFC is a good company if it resorts to cheap activities which reflect poorly on the management and corporate governance.

As brought out earlier, I continue to get at least three spam mails from daily from HDFC SECURITIES . This cheap and worthless company is in habit of spamming and despite numerous complaints has not stopped spamming despite receiving my complaint through email and through you.
I don't understand what they are trying to prove except that they are renowned SPAMMERS.
VERY soon they will all come under data protection cat and then will be liable for prosecution. Cheap companies don't care for PRIVACY, Customer Grievances and are only self centered. They have NO repeat NO system of informing them about their complaints if you are not their customer. They have no complaint or compliance cell.
It is very sad that the parent org is headed by a renowned person like Mr Deepak Parekh and Mr Shashidhar Jagdeeshan as CEO of HDFC Bank and Mr Dheeraj Reili as CEO of HDFC Securities.
