Headphone Zone — Iccon Headphones not working

Had purchased Iccon Bazzinga classic+ headphones and sudeely the kic has stopped working within a month.
One surprise on the receipt was that the headphones are not adjustable on the ears and that came as a surprise.
Now this is another major problem that mics does not work..

Such substandard product sold on Amazon is a serious cause of concern.
