Hello Team,

My name is Aaquil Imam. I had taken a bike loan from Hinduja Leyland Finance on 1st November 2024. The bike registration number is BR33BG9690. And my loan account no is - BHZBSMTW01945

At the time of the loan, I was clearly told that EMIs would start from January 2025. However, the company collected the December 2024 EMI in advance.

Later, they marked the December EMI as "late payment", due to their internal mistake. As a result:

I was charged overdue penalties

My CIBIL score dropped heavily

My loan eligibility and credit reputation were affected

When I contacted their customer support, they apologized and promised that "your CIBIL report will be corrected within 3 months." However, it has been 8 months now, and I have not received any update, no correction, and no proper response.

I request Hinduja Leyland Finance to:

1. Immediately correct my CIBIL report

2. Remove the false overdue entry

3. Issue a written apology and confirmation of their mistake

If this issue is not resolved quickly, I will be forced to take further legal action through RBI Ombudsman and Consumer Court.

Please take strict action and help restore my credit profile.

Two wheeler loan (KLKIPATW00006) taken by Shiji K P of Rs 1, 00, 000/- has been completely paid off with 10 installment of Rs.4297/ and on[protected] a sum of Rs.88500/-totally Rs.1, 31, 470/-, but NOC not received yet. For this reason the Canara Bank, Pallur Branch contined to collect money from her account. Kindly provide NOC as soon as possible. Otherwise I may be compelled to complain Banking Ombudsman after two weeks.

Dear Sir,
My father (Late Ravindra Kumar) bought a 14 wheeler truck which was financed by hinduja finance(Contract No-ESPTPN01615) patna branch.
Due to unfavourable circumstances (covid 19) he failed to pay some installments in time which was paid later in full in the refinanced loan(Contract No- ESPTPN02272). He died due to Covid 19.
As per the officials at Patna(Bihar) office of Hinduja finance,
they refinanced the same loan with the unpaid amount of the previous loan to a new loan(Contract No- ESPTPN02272).
The new loan was paid in full and clear.
N.O.C. for the loan was also released and given to us by the patna office.
Since all the pending amount was paid, their records are still showing some unpaid amount in their systems about the previous loan(Contract No-ESPTPN01615).
Due to which the Guarantor of the previous loan (Contract No-ESPTPN01615), Mr Satyanarayan Kumar is facing trouble and harassment at the patna office.
It is my humble request to you to clear the guarantor of the previous loan of any dues as the amount has already been paid in full and NOC is dispatched.

Subject: Issue with Duplicate Payment Deduction and CIBIL Score Impact

Dear Hinduja Finance Company,

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with my bike finance account, which began in July.in August, your executive advised me to make the monthly payment in cash before the 5th, and I complied with his request. However, it seems this payment was not credited on time, resulting in a 30-point deduction from my CIBIL score.

To avoid future delays, I have since been making payments directly via PhonePe. This month, I made the payment on the 4th. Unfortunately, I noticed an additional deduction from my account on the 5th, which appears to be a duplicate charge.

Could you please look into this matter and clarify the extra deduction? Additionally, if there is any way to address the impact on my CIBIL score due to the initial delay, I would greatly appreciate your assistance.

Unresolved Loan Issue and CIBIL Reporting Discrepancy, No Objection Certificate (NOC) and a closure letter for my loan. I had a two-wheeler loan with Hinduja Leyland Finance, initiated on February 5, 2018, carrying a monthly EMI of Rs 4689. I diligently fulfilled all EMIs except the last one, even though I provided the payment along with a late fee to an agent named Baskar Penukonda[protected]phone number: [protected]).

Upon reviewing my CIBIL report two months later, I discovered an outstanding balance of Rs 5690 because, unfortunately, Agent Baskar did not forward the last EMI to the company. Efforts to contact Agent Baskar were in vain, as he was no longer associated with the company and unreachable by phone. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I repaid the outstanding amount along with the late fee on December 1, 2022. However, it took seven months for this update to reflect on my CIBIL report. Even after the update, CIBIL still indicates an outstanding amount of Rs. 900.

Attempts to contact Hinduja Leyland Finance Customer Service or Support have been futile. Due to concerns about my CIBIL score, I reluctantly paid the additional Rs. 900 . However, there has been no update on the issuance of a No Objection Certificate (NOC) and a closure letter for my loan. The information has also not been updated on CIBIL.
