I took bajaj vicrant bike by taking finance from Hinduja Leyland Finance in 2017. i completed that loan in 2018. i had not been provided form 35 that is NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT OF *HIRE-PURCHASE/LEASE/HYPOTHECATION. please provide that as early as possible

My name is Jadumoni Kalita and my Hinduja Leyland finance Contract number is ESGWJOTW02173. I m paying my Emi in time. Because of moniterium system I am paying 6emi extra for ruppees 2251/- (which declared by the govt as free). After all the paying sessions in time a notice coming for me showing to pay 3924/- which is totally unauthorized and illegal.. Try to resolve this as soon as possible otherwise I will take legal action towards it.

I took a loan of 1 lakh from Hinduja leyland on February 2019. I have closed the complete loan amount on July 2022 but still not getting NOC. Multiple time I have called customer care number. But no one helping. Loan no - ESKOKOSV00398

I took a commercial vehicle loan from Hinduja layland of 1 lakh on February 2019 . Loan was foreclose on july 2022. Complete amount was given. Still I'm awaiting for NOC ana Form35. It's very urgent now. Loan no - ESKOKOSV00398.
Kindly help on this.

I am writing to register a formal complaint against Hinduja Leyland Y Finance Company regarding the non-issuance of the No Objection Certificate (NOC) for my bike loan clearance. Despite having cleared the loan in full approximately 8 month ago, I have been continually contacting the company for the past 70 days, requesting the issuance of the NOC, but to no avail.

Loan Clearance: I am pleased to inform you that I have made all the required payments promptly, and the loan was cleared in full on which is approximately 8 to 9 month ago.
Lack of Response: Regrettably, despite numerous attempts via phone calls and emails, I have not received any satisfactory response or action from Hinduja Leyland Finance Company regarding my request for the NOC. Their lack of communication and failure to resolve this matter promptly have caused significant inconvenience and frustration.

In light of the above circumstances, I kindly request your intervention to address this issue and ensure that Hinduja Leyland Y Finance Company issues the NOC without further delay. I also request that appropriate action be taken against the company for their negligence and lack of responsiveness.
