[Resolved] Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — charging heavy charges for servicing | |||
Hitachi is charging inr 750 /- plus gst for wet service of 1.5 tonne window ac which is on the higher side. The product is also not good. Model : kaze plus. The moment i bought it - it was defective but it was not replaced. It developed fault in fan motor which service center could not rectify. Service centres of hitachi is also very pathetic. Hitachi being a japanese product should have world class service. It is degrading its name in india. It should improve its service network with professional people like voltas samsung etc...
