[Resolved]  Home Credit India Finance — Late in personal loan clearance

Hi I have already got the approval for the cash loan from you people and the contract ID is [protected]. I need that money for my personal use and I have already done the documentation and also got the confirmation for that even but still every time I call I get to know that backend team is still working on it. It's been more than one week now that I am continuesly calling in the loan department and I am not getting any clearance from them. Loan is under my name and number plz notify me what is going to happen ASAP.

Sir mein jab bhi customer care pe call karta hoon [protected] pe to call kaat diya jaata hai aur faul language mein baat ki jaa rahi hai.
aur 5 din se jyada ho gaye hain aur emi lene nahi aaya hai koi aur kaafi faaltu ke sawal pooche jaate hain.
