Hyundai Motor India — Delayed delivery | |||
I have booked an elite i20 asta(O), diesel version with dsc hyundai, chennai on 25th march 2016, with a committed delivery on or before apr 15th 2016. As i am writing this mail, there is still no firm commitment on the delivery date. Already, the same has been postponed 3 times and inspite of my calls repeatedly to the sales executive and his team leader, the follow up or corrective action is totally missing. Am in deep frustration as the waiting is tiresome and i can't be expected to keep looking for an auspicious date to collect the vehicle. If at all they do deliver next week, i am in no mood to do a handshake or photo ceremony with the folks of dsc hyundai. My first experience with hyundai has turned out to be a painful sour Disaster, seriously wondering if i have to look for another delaer even for the free services under warranty Was this information helpful? | |||

And to add, I haven't got a single pie on discount or any accessories as freebies.. It will take HMIL in my opinion some catching up to do with Maruti Suzuki. No wonder they are reigning supreme and holding strong. VW/ Skoda, Toyota/ Tata- the other brands/dealers that I have used so far.. None have irritated me as much as this experience
