Hyundai Motor India — pathetic arrogant behavior/ service fake commitment | |||
I would like to draw your attention towards the pathetic, highly irresponsible and unprofessional approach i received at modi hyundai thane service centre. I surrender my car huundai xcent mh43 ar9417 to modi hyundai service centre thane on 13th august for some damage repaired cause by near by fallen tree in my housing Socity under insurance claim. Untill this year march 2018 i have insurance of new india assurance purchased from hyundai itself, but this year march onwards i extended the Same zero deoth cash less insurance with new india assurance directly instead of hyundai motors. The first surprise came to me with a service represetatative mr. Anwar sheikh arrogantly told me that this same insurance would may create problem in claiming as not Bought from us and also told us with same insurance cashless facilty may not be available as you have not take that policy from us, and the policy bought from new india Assurance, airoli navi mumbai, and we don’t have tie up with them. He also not clarified which part may be include in insurance and which not, also insisted many time that if You will bough policy from us only we can cover more parts and damge and can easily manage insurance agent. We gave him the insurance policy details and next day some body called from modi hyundai thane +91 [protected] and confirm about cashless insurance possiblity. 27th august 29, 2018, monday, we enquired about car completation and inform that we will come next day 28th tuesday for delivery, also inform to complete all pending jobs, Like cleaning etc for smooth and time bound process. When we reched service centre on tuesday 28th august, we encountered lots of surprises with arrogant and pathetic behavior of mr. Sheikh. Firstly he arroganty denied any confirmation about cashless facilty and forced to pay total ammount without detailsed itemized description. Secodly he didn’t finished complete job, and conveyed arrogently that will performed claening only after arrival of customer to our premises. Even after 4-5 visual check and Bits and parts cleaning car was ready yesterday. Thirdly, he again unprofessionally told us that some part of job cannot covered in insurance as you bought same insurance from market not from us. Fourthy he intentionally delayed all process of handover car, which took aroungd 3-4 hours whereas standard conveyed time was 30 minutes. Lastly, he was not worried at all about customer worry, time, oroblem and again able to clarified the itemnized bill with and without claim. Finally after 3-4 hours of struggle and lot of embracement we got our car yesterday after paying full amount. After entire incident i wish to complain about mt. Anwar sheikh and modi hyundai for their pathetic behavior, unprofessinal approch, unclearity in service job, acting as Commission agent for puchasing own policy and intentinal delay in process, which inturn create negative impression about hyundai services. Meanwhile i also wanted to know difference in terms and condituoins, if same new india assurance policy sold by hyundai and sold by new india assurance direclty. I request you to take immediate strict action against unprofessional hyundai representatives who are working as commission agent for insurance company and intentnally Giving pain to customer.
