[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Amazon Pay ICICI Credit Card - Request for re-dispatch | |
I had applied for Amazon Pay ICICI Credit Card almost a month ago. Had all the KYC and processes been completed, I had also received mails and SMS saying the application is processed and the card would be dispatched through Delhivery. But I received a mail couple of weeks back saying "Unclaimed: Your ICICI Bank Credit Card - Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card status" I have checked the address on the Delhivery tracking website and it is incorrect. I tried all possible means, calling customer care and requesting for re-dispatch online, but all the forums need the 16-digit credit card number. But how am I supposed to know to card number if I haven't received the card yet. Please contact me and expedite the re-dispatch of the card. Was this information helpful? | |
