ICICI Bank — amount deducted but jio recharge not done

I have recharge my jio number 70******14 using My Jio App via UPI on 20th of jan, 2018 at 12:43 A.M. Amount of 349 was detucted from my account, but Recharge was not successful. More than 48hr were gone but i didn't got any refund from [protected]@icici. Kindly refund my money as soon as possible. ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jan 22, 2018 Updated by Sheetal Mahajan I recharged my jio number on 20th of Jan, 2018 using my jio app via UPI at 12:43 A.M. The amount of rs 349 was deducted from my bank account, but the recharged has not been done neither the amount was refunded. Kindly return the amount asap.
