[Resolved] ICICI Bank — amount deducted from account but transaction failed | |||
Hello sir I have made two transactions in my icici account today with amount 690 for light bill and 13999 for flipkart purchase both the transaction failed in billdesk but amount is deducted from my account. I have called customer care and it says you have to wait for 24 hours to get money back if wont return in 24 hours, i have to wait for 7 days. What should i do in this case? Holding a demat account since October 2017, wasn’t informed about this charges before or there has been no such deduction that has taken place in the last 1.5 Years.
It was a free account created without annual charges as well
