[Resolved] ICICI Bank — atm cash withdrawal wrong debit | |
I tried to withdraw rs.40, 000 from axis bank using my icici bank account. Got only rs.30, 000/- remaining 10, 000 got declined but debited in my account and still not received. Not getting proper response from bank and really feeling depressed because of this issue. Please help me for this. I am from middle class family and more than 15 days i have not received this amount. Every time calling customer care they are raising request but after few days sending message that request got declined. I am also chartered accountant student and i know how accounting procedures of banks. Daily atm consolidation will happen if that is the case if transaction got declined that should be accounted and credited back in their account. Still they are telling transaction got successful. If that is the case am i giving false information's??? Why should i do that??? They are thinking that i am not having any other job than calling customer care and giving request. I required proper response from banking people. Kindly help me out from this mental pressure caused because of bank. Was this information helpful? | |
