Now i don't know what to do with this bond, is this bond transferable? How to do that. I also want to know is there any nominee, for that where should i contact or email,

I withdrew 800 rs cash from icici bank atm in pondicherry near railway station with one 500rs note and three three hundred rupees note in which one 500rs note was mutilated, what kind o[censored]nethical practice your bank is doing in circulating such notes without checking it
