ICICI Bank — car loan issue | |||
Dear sir/madam, My name is gajendra sharma. I took a "car loan" from your bank on 06 - september -2019, the loan is in the name of my mother and i am a "co-applicant". This is my loan no. (Lajai[protected]) & my car no. Rj-45-ch-7017, this car i have purchase jaipur akar tata motors showroom in vaishali nagar jaipur. The problem is that when i took a loan, that loan bank employee 'krishna rajawat' did not give information about "loan security". Then i was told that your loan was rs 5, 27, 000, then i had agreed the loan amount given by him. But when i got the letter of loan information from "icici bank", then the loan amount was found to be 5, 43, 000 rs, When later i talked about this to the loan tax worker "krishna rajawat", he said that he has insured you for "loan protection". Then i told him, why did not i inform him about this earlier, and why did not i tell him at the time of loan and after the loan has been processed. Then i told him that i should not give this "loan protection" then i told him that i should not give this "loan protection". Then that loan employee 'krishna rajawat' said that it will have to be taken. When he said this to me, i immediately told him that i did not loan this car but he cut my call and added this "loan security" to my loan account. Therefore, i request you that i should not get this "loan protection", because of this my loan installment amount has also gone up and i cannot provide the loan installment, i request you due to the fault of that loan employee, my loan amount increased and due to that my installment is coming very much, which i cannot pay, I must get rid of this.
