ICICI Bank — card issue

I have applied for icici bank credit cards, then approximately after 15 days of application i got call from blue dart services to confirm address for dispatching credit card. And i confirmed my address then a person from blue dart told within 2 days i 'll bring your card at given office address. Many days has benn passed and i didn't get credit card from any courier services. Suddenlly before two week approx i got meaasge from icici bank like... Dear customer, your icici bank credit card has been returned undelivered. After getting this message, i called to customer care many times but till now i didn't get any appropriate response from anyone. So plese try to get solve this problem asap, otherwise if any incident will happen from my credit card then who will be responsible for this.
