[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Cash discrepancy from Non-ICICI Bank ATM | |||
Hi, I would like to inform you that i had raised an pre-arbitration for the cash withdrawal done on July 5, 2014 of Rs. 500.00 vide the transaction id 476 at Union Bank of India, disputed by me. However, it has been rejected, confirming the transaction successful. but the transaction was not successful, i didn't get any cash in ma hand. i was asking for CCTV footage as well but they denied they they don't have. i was following with them since July & now its Nov. i hope you can understand ma situation. i hope ill get some help from this site.
