I have purchased 2 watches from world of titan city centre 1 kolkata on 15 aug and 20th aug with icici bank cash back offer on purchase above 10, 000 with debit/credit card from bank side but till date i have not received any cashback. Please help S no. I have been charged MAB for Oct 17 and Nov 17 month for Rs. 589 & Rs. 640 without giving any prior notice. Further Bank executive reassured me that it would be Zero balance account since it would be linked to my relative bank account which has bank balance of greater amount.

On 12th Nov three fradulant online transactions happened with my debit card for the total amount of INR 60829.38.. Complaint lodged but no response yet. Bank to settle this soon.
