Hi I am one of your credit card holder, while applying for this card I was working in cognizant(MohanaPriya.[protected]@cognizant.com), so I gave that email ID to check my statements but now I resigned my job. I have ICICI Salary account from past 6 years and using it on daily bases .I have Accumulated Points 1190 and unable to redeem it . When where I try to redeem its shows Description: Server Hangup . calling to Customer care also not helping me to solve this issue .
