[Resolved] ICICI Bank — complaint regarding pos machine payment gateway of icici bank | |||
On 25/12/2017, i was doing payment of rs. 610 by debit card using pos machine to gopi service station delhi. But first time it was failed and money had been deducted. But they assured me that in a 24 hrs your refund will come. And again i had made a payment and it was successful and money had been again deducted. But till now i don't have received any refund till now. So, please take strict action on that otherwise i will go to the court. Because i have proof slips. I have already done complained on pgportal grievance — darpg/e/2018/00066 And on hp website compalint grievannce[protected] And on bank of india complaint grievance - pos[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
