[Resolved] ICICI Bank — credit card statements not clear | |||
I ensured clearing all my dues for the credit card on 25/6/2018 after which i blocked my credit card as i no longed needed it. There was a statement that was getting generated, which i noticed a couple of months later and i never got any messages regarding the same. I changed my phone number which never got reflected in the credit card statement alone but reflects everywhere else. I don't understand why. However the reason i got was stating that i did a transaction after clearing my dues. My dues were cleared on 25/6/2019 and i blocked the credit card on the same date. But now they say that i dint clear the transactions of 15/6. For 30 rs now i am asking to pay 7000 I reached 3 banks for help and nobody would even let me know the complete details about this. They informed that it might me due to an error and asked me to get an noc to clear. How could some one not even be able to give me the complete details and clarify on what went wrong. I visited the tanisandra branch a couple of times, tc palya branch and kalyan nagar branch in bangalore. I was rejected loan and also a credit card a couple of times when needed if this is how the bank people react on emergencies then whats the purpose that it serves. I never would want to continue my account with a bank of this kind. I always reached out for help, the latency made in responding appropriately now leads me in paying this penalties. The amount may be small and its not that i cannot pay. It would have hit by cibil score and every other thing. Horrible attitude even by the customer care people who spoke to me. I am very disappointed to write that without my knowledge, INR 1899 is deducted from my account and ONEAST service is activated.
I want my refund ASAP as I hadn't told to activate any of such service.
