ICICI bank debited amount in my account. last 6 month bank was some charge to me for Industrial Services, Automotive services, And other services and provide to me any written document for what charged they already debited.
New Government told No charged taken from customer for cash less transaction. why they are charge to me.

Updated by Rishikesh Talikhede My A/c has been debited Rs.11.50 on 05.12.2016 on account of Surcharge Industrial Service dated 05.12.2016.& 30.12.2016&06.12.2016&05.01.2017&12.01.2017&07.02.2017 again debited of surcharge for fuel at petrol pump.
How can ICICI bank debited surcharge on fuel to my account without my knowledge.
ICICI bank is discouraging customers to use Debit card and going cashless at POC. Please resolve this issue, this is not the first complaint in this issue, I have seen number of complaints by people on the same.
No one is reply from ICICI bank.

In ICICI online payment website, payment for irctc is done i.e Rs.285 amount is deducted from the account. But not booked.It says an error Payment Status: Payment Settled Late and reason -No response from bank
