[Resolved] ICICI Bank — deduct money from their application and rail ticket is not received | |||
I try to book a rail ticket from icici bank and from that money is deducted and booking ticket of the railway is not received. I called many times they say that it's not from icici bank side issue. It's from railway side issue. Why you collaborate with indian rail if your application is not working properly. Irctc did not receive a payment yet so which side's problem here. Icici application is not proper and at all not testing all scenario. If you try to pay on payment page then they ask for irctc username and password in which if i forgot password then also forgot click available, and if i click forgot password then payment procedure automatically canceled and money is deducted as well. If you take 2 min for receiving money then why you take too much time to refund it. Please proceed as soon as possible if not then i knock consumer court's door. Was this information helpful? | |||
