[Resolved] ICICI Bank — deduction of amount from saving account | |||
On 22nd march 2020 i received an sms and also an email.in the sms it was written ' dear customer we have registered request for new policy wa privilege single rs 1899 for one assist. Your request no sr[protected] dated 22 mar 20 will be completed. An amount of rs 1899 was deducted from my account. I called several times to customer care but they are saying no such plan is activated. So look into the matter immediately and i don't want any such plan activated from my account and refund the amount at the earliest to my account. Was this information helpful? | |||
