[Resolved] ICICI Bank — deduction of overdue amount without any reason | |
Hello sir my name is robin kumar nayak. I hv taken home loan from icici bank in the name of my wife in vadodara. My loan account no is lbbrd[protected]. My emi date started from 5th of may 2018 and before that all procedure for ecs was done and for that icici home loan department notified me ragarding my emi which was to be deducted on 5th may but emi was not deducted n tht time i had sufficient balance in my saving account. After one day icici home loan collection person came to my home and he was telling yr emi amt is due for the month of may 18 and i told him all procedure tht was already done for ecs facility from my sbi act n i had to pay him the emi amt through check but the overdue amt kept on reflecting everymonth and in this month the overdue amt was deducted. So i request to you plz do the needful action so tht my hard earned money shud refund in my act. Thnx sir. Was this information helpful? | |

I am banking with ICICI from last 12 years . Got travel card for my europe trip. I am trying to book my Europe train and it asks OTP sent to my india number. So weird. How would my india number will be active for a travel card. Please help . Its not even allowing to edit mobile number for my account through web.

Today in morning i used 1 mobile app and recharged bsnl prepaid odisha of 2 mobile of rs 485 each.amount had been deducted but recharged was unsuccessful what shall i do.i am a very small man.and i earn money with lot of difficulties.plz help me sir
