ICICI Bank — Delayed IMPS REFUND | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Arnold Thomas Vincent and I am an ICICI Bank Customer with the AC. No.[protected]. On the morning of 30/11/2016, I accidently transferred Rs.10, 000 to the account of a Punjab National Bank customers by the name of Mr. Sandeep Sharma, with the AC. No. [protected]. The amount was accidently transferred to his account, the person is a registered payee on my account as I once transferred funds to this person on behalf of one of my friends with whom I’m no longer in contact. I have contacted ICICI and requested them to help me with this issue, they have promised me assistance but I only get promises and no one does anything, they just ask me to wait, which I have been doing for more than 30 days but still no resolution. I was told to visit the bank where he has an account, but I am not aware of where he is and where he has his ac. registered. I request you to somehow help me in getting the amount credited to my account. I earnestly request you to assist me in getting the amount refunded to my ac. ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Dec 29, 2016 narayan87hsr's response Branch manager telling us to wait.here were not waiting for withdrawal.we want to deposit cash
