[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Erroneous transaction

I had made an erroneous transaction from sbi internet banking to an icici bank account. Here are the details of wrong transaction:

Date of erroneous transaction : 08 april 2017
Amount transferred : rs 3000
Time of transaction : 10:13 am

My sbi account details:

Account name : m. A. V. G. K murthy
Ifsc code : sbin0005321

I had consulted either of the banks to resolve this issue, icici bank employee asked me to send an email to [protected]@icicibank.com, i have sent the email.. But i didnot get any reply till now.
I kindly request you to look into my issue and answer me the right way to get my problem solved

I've been in Customer Care Through Phone for more than 1Hr. No Response from them. Call is been cut in between.
