[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Forcefully Imposing Service | |||
Hello, I got a call from icici lombard regarding some general insurance plan today (i.e. 10/10/2014 at 4:50pm). The executive on call said that there is a compulsion of availing a general insurance on my newly issued credit card. He was saying I have to pay Rs 945 per month for the next one year. But I was not told about his on the time of issue of card. Apart from this, now also I don't want to take any general insurance policy. If this is the compulsion. I would like to deactivate my credit card. Do revert me with the complete procedure that i need to follow for closing my credit card.
