[Resolved] ICICI Bank — fraud credit card transaction | |||
11th may, 2017 a transaction on my credit card happened which was not done by me. I raised a complaint. This was international transaction in jpy currency. 3 months after the dispute icici told me that i need to pay up, as the merchant in this case air india claimed the money. Wrote an email to chanda kochhar (Md & ceo), nothing but waste of time. There were many transactions which were tried on my card after that. I have no option but to raise fir in cyber police station Was this information helpful? | |||
