ICICI Bank — Fraudulent transaction debit card

I have a saving account in your bank. On 6 may’2017, someone has withdrawn 27, 000 from my account without my permission. I called customer care, they people told me someone has withdrawn money from bangalore location. I have submitted all the documents in your branch (Nirvana courtyard, gurgaon) including dispute form. Could you please let me know how it could be possible that i live in delhi and someone has withdrawn the money from atm.
Customer care team told me that i will get my money within 19 days. (Complaint number – sr[protected]
I am the only earning person in my family. Now i don’t have money with me to survive. Now you people tell me what is my fault?
This is my fault that i opened an account in your bank. I want my money back as soon as possible plus i also need some compensation for the trouble that i am suffering because of your unsafe banking.
Please revert me as soon as possible with my money otherwise i am going to file a case against your bank.
