ICICI Bank — fraudulent transactions from debit card

Sir, I have honour to inform you that i have been a satisfied costumer of your bank since last six years without any problem. But there are some fraud deduction of money in name of paytm is happening in this month. Where as i have never been used paytm for any purpose. So i request necessary probe from you towards my problem so that i can continue to use ur banking facilitities.
