This email is to bring to your notice that we have been forged and wrongly communicated about home loan insurance.

This insurance against our home loan was initially informed by a person name Arun(no longer with ICICI) who had informed that it was a mandatory rule to insure the

loan amount as per ICICI guidelines. Later it was discussed by Kamesh (concerned person who misguided/never explained) who never informed us that this insurance was optional and based on our discretion.

We had asked Kamesh multiple times why we needed to take the insurance as we were never interested but on none of the occasions he had explained us that it was not mandatory. We also spoke with multiple people expressing our dissatisfaction against the home loan insurance but never it was told by any of the ICICI employees dealing with our loan that it was optional until today when we forced them to give us the details of our home loan and asked them to explain us in a more detailed way.

At this point we consider that we were fraudulently given this insurance and Mr. Kamesh had c along with other ICICI employees who never bothered to
let us know the truth inspite of reaching them out multiple times.

We want to cancel this insurance right away and expect ICICI to compensate for this forgery. As a loyal customer expecting a quick resolution.
