[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — icici bank change of mobile number

Dear concerned,

I am an icici customer for the last 5 plus years and i moved to the us about 2 months ago, i cannot pay my bills because i cannot get the otp number. My india mobile number is no longer exists. I need to update my us mobile number, but i cannot do this online. Its depressing to see that customers at international locations were not thought of when implementing otp. Please somebody help me to get my us phone number updated or suggest a way to go about getting it updated. I need to make urgent payments.

I made a recharge mobile no. [protected] jio recharge plan 199 thrgh UPI( PhonPay) payment my amount is debted and credited to [protected]@icici still know my recharge is not done and my amount is not credited. plse solve my problem

Sir, I pay my Jio bill by bhim app (@upi) amount is deducted but my bill is not paid.my jio no. Is [protected]. [protected]@icici is medium to transfer money. But bill is not still paid. Kindly return my money. I pay bill on date 22 Dec 17. Kindly do the needful...

I am sended a email to icici bank 2 times related bonds but they are not answering those email. This was very rigorous.
