Dear sir, My dad had a credit card and at that time the icici lombard executive called for insurance for the sale of insurance. At that time my dad was unaware of credit card procedures, so that executive asked for credit card number and my dad gave him the number. The amount was deducted and my dad was unaware of this incident, so he dumped all the belongings of the credit card documents. The case is of 2005 and it required to be resolved.
