ICICI Bank — Reimbursement Account is not created | |||
Hi, I have salary account in ICIC bank since last 5 years and now have changed my company. My new company requires Reimbursement Account for all claim settlements. I reached out ICIC support desk at Wipro Phase 2, Pune for Reimbursement Account and submitted required document. After multiple follow-up with ICICI SPOC, I got to know that my Aadhar Address and Account address is not matching hence I have corrected the same immediately however now its a more than 15 days still I didn't got the account. I have checked with the SPOC multiple times & received answer that it will be completed today/in next 15 mins but no positive outcome. Really frustrated with process as all claims are pending due to the same. Name of the ICICI SPOC is Vishal ([protected]). Please help me to resolve this ASAP. ICICI Bank has been debit me surcharge on using debit card on petrol pump.
Transaction period 14 Nov 16 to Dec 16.
i want the clarity on surcharge wave policy on e-payment / debit card using policy.
