[Resolved] ICICI Bank — ICICI credit card team frustrating customer for their negligence and inefficiency | |||||
Why there is no strict action for the employee who are doing repeatedly doing same mistake and making customer so frustration. I had applied a cashin on my credit card on 16th Sept, on same day I have also sent a blank check so that amount will be transferred through online, but negligence and inefficient of the employee this does not happen and they sent courier by Bluedart to my office address where as I already mentioned to sent courier if any to my home address, then this courier again returned back and after couple of my follow up they resent again 2/3 days back, but again they did big mistake writing wrong address on the courier package. The courier supposed to deliver on yesterday, as id didn’t happen, today when I call to courier guy they mentioned premises is closed so again it return back, then I asked him to check the address he said the address that is written is wrong one. It really frustrated me so much; want to put a consumer case against this kind of deal of customer care of ICICI to the customer. What a shameless work. WHY I got a statement to pay my due amount of Rs5697 on or before 13th Oct where as I still have not received my amount. WHY? WHY? WHY? Are you thinking is it really possible. I always have bad experience with ICICI where as I have been used this card since 10 years, I think enough is enough. Was this information helpful? | |||||
