ICICI Bank — Imps fund transfer-timed out, money debited from my account, not credited to beneficiary, not refunded

Hi iam krishna kanth aitha i initiated a imps fund transfer of 1, 11, 111/- rupees to hdfc bank account on 2/1/2016. The amount got debited from my account. But not delivered in to beneficiary account.

I have contacted icici and hdfc bank people. But they are not in a position to help me.
Please do needful. The customer care people are not at all concerned about it. This is disgusting.
