[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — jio recharge amount deducted and received but [protected]@icici but yet not refunded the amount back

I have done my jio recharge through my jio app and used phone pe gateway for payment on 21st april 2018. As soon as i permit my account deducted with 349/- rs but not got recharge and when i contacted phone pe they said amount already received by you. As my plan is ending i recharge again. Please refund me my 349 rs.
