[Resolved] ICICI Bank — jio recharge fraud | |||||
This is regarding a transaction made to [protected]@icici for amount of 349 rupees for jio recharge via phonepe upi app. This merchant here has bad history of defrauding customers time and again. Apart from raising a complaint here i would be raising complaint with banking ombudsman as well. The repeated transaction failures in various utility bills of various customers makes it icici's liability as well and they would also be charged for defrauding people.
