ICICI Bank — LOAN AMOUNT Problem (Fraud)

Dear Customer Support Team

As I am Salary Account holder from last 7 years from ICICI Bank and received a FRAUD from your ICICI bank representative. I have one PL borrowed from ICICI Bank 2 years ago and you can see the same from my account and the premium payment also doing fine. Now just 4 to 5 days ago one lady called from PARK STREET Kolkata named PRIYA contact no:[protected]/[protected]/[protected]and she claiming that she is ICICI bank representative and asking me that if I interested for TOPUP or not against my existing PL. Then I ask that my existing PL interest rate more than 17% and if I borrow TOPUP against my existing PL, then interest rate will decrease or as it is or if I am borrow another new PL what should be interest rate. After that issues closes no answer from that lady and she said that I have to concern my immediate boss and then after some third party person collect all my documents like my last 3 months Payslip, Pan Card, Voter ID and One Photo and 1 Form which she mentioned that “ it is for NAME SPELLING MISTAKE against my submitted documents” like a Affidavit Form.

On 26th suddenly she called me back and asking for come down at Park Street office for require a Signature of mine and that time I said that I cannot go at your office because of Month Closing is going on and if it is require someone send to my office and I will do that or postpone till month end. And kindly note that in this tenure no one can tell me or ask me what is the amount going to be finalise as a LOAN AMOUNT.

Suddenly today 1st of March 2017 at morning I received a SMS from ICICI bank that approx of Rs. 144, 326 is Credited in my Account LPCAL[protected].

SO my question is that:

1. How it is possible that without my concern the loan amount is fixed ?
2. Who putting my DUPLICATE SIGNATURE on that Form which is needed for signature as without my absence how it will done?

I needed a earliest solution for that issue otherwise I will go through a proper channel and Social media also.

Kindly reverse my amount as I don’t need that much amount and already put a mail on my company HR that pls. do not added employee in ICICI Bank and whoever is already joined pls. remove it.

And today I putted a complain in customer care and below is the case no: SR[protected].
