ICICI Bank Ltd — Fraud transaction | |||||
On 18th Jan 2016 evening at 2 pm one person took my ICICI Debit and Credit Card details and transacted the value of Rs.4900 from both account. For that fraud I already spoke to MPESA regarding the fraudulent transactions took place from my account. Date of Transaction:[protected] Amount INR.: 4900.00.Total amount is Rs 9800. We There has been a transaction made from the Credit card and Debit card. The funds were utilized for the payment towards "Vodafone Bill desk” which is an application used for Vodafone India. hence request you to please contact the merchant too appellate.[protected]@vodafone.com. I request you to cancel the payment to the online transaction company and credit the subject amount to my ICICI bank account No.[protected] from where it has been debited. I contacted ICICI bank customer care. They are NOT cooperating with convincing answers. They have blocked my card from further misuse, But they are saying transaction which has already happened cannot be reverted back. Later I contacted Head Quality services of ICICI bank. They are now saying matter is under investigation . They should own this issue and resolve it within next 2 days. I already register a police complaints against this fraud transaction. I am registering this complaint against ICICI bank for being so negligent, making security breach and ignoring customer requests causing damage in big way.
