We were hgolding two certificates of mmb99 in the name of Ms Shubhi. The certificates no.14592 and 14593 which were redeemable on 28.04.2017 and the payment for which was received after deducting income tax and on the different bank. The said cheque was sent back to you, on 2.5.2017 The copies of Pan Card and Form 15G were sent alongwith the redumption form giving details required for payment which was received in your office on 15.04.2017.
