[Resolved] ICICI Bank — demat annual fee has been deducted without my intention | |||||
I have a demat account in icici bank for 2 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction ' dp chgs' — inr 826.00'. Demat account was created by saying as default account for my salary account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I received a credit card but the number updated in records is wrong so I couldn't able to create pin and transactions becoz m not getting OTP and m trying to talk with customer care exicutuve it's not connecting even I wished one of icici bank also they didn't respond properly..

I had done payment through bhim upi app to my recharge my jio number but the money deducted from upi app and still recharge is not done.
I believe my money will be refunded as soon as possible
