[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Money deducted

I Ordered a Set of 2 Samurai LED Bracelet Watch in Rediff.com with the Order number : 9926663 with Online banking On the date of 25/06/2014 . 399.00 deducted from my account. But I dint received my order yet from the Rediff. and a raised a complaint in Rediff ; they replied as "We regret to inform you that your order : 9926663 has not been approved as your bank as declined the transaction. Hence the status of the same stands cancelled. Further, as we are a third party to the transaction and to ensure confidentiality, the banks do not provide us the details for non-approval. We request you to kindly get in touch with your bank for the details. For any further queries on the above order, kindly contact us on or reply [protected] back to the same mail.
