ICICI Bank — multiple ecs charges

I am being charged for ecs, on may 15, 2019 my account was deducted of rs. 1898, 4 times i was charged rs. 472 as ecs charges. I am really furious about this issue, i had already raised a complaint regarding this by calling the customer service, if they are going to charge me for ecs bounce or any other related for ecs i asked to stop the ecs or close the bank account as i been a such a loyal customer to you i even pay my credit card and loan bills on time and you do this, pathetic, i want the rs.1898 refunded to my account as soon as possible, i will take this issue to social media, i have the 6 months statement where i have been charged repetitively for the ecs charges nearly i have lost rs. 5000 to 6000. I wanted this issue sorted out as soon as possible.

We wish to inform you that ECS is an automated clearance process, where there would be no manual intervention. System automatically debits the ECS amount from your account once we receive the mandate from the biller / bank.



The re-execution of the mandate is possible only when the Biller / Bank represents the same.



In case of ECS return due to financial reason, below mentioned charges are applicable.



1. For one ECS return in a month: Rs. 350.00 plus 18% Goods and Service Tax (GST) w.e.f. July 1, 2017.



2. Thereafter, Rs. 750.00 00 plus 18% Goods and Service Tax (GST) per return in the same month.



The above charges has been clearly mentioned in the Most Important Terms and Conditions duly signed by you at the time of Account Opening. Any official document/agreement signed by the customer is valid and deemed to be understood that, the terms and conditions are read and are acceptable.



Hence, we request you to keep your account funded one day prior to the date of debit

Hello,

I want it refunded as if you check the statement I have already paid all the ECS charges and I also had raised a request to stop the ECS transaction from Federal from the same reason, please check the dates on the charges which was for February, ridiculous, I have already raised a complain against the bank on consumer court, I want it refunded as soon as possible. I am really furious about this, that doesn't mean that you empty my account, I have been a loyal customer for longer period of time, if this is the case I will stop all funds and also you will not only loose 1 customer but 2 valuable customer. Resolve this as soon as possible by refunding my money Rs. 1898.

ICICI customer service hasn't provided me with any Service request number also, so that I can take it to the next level. Such ridiculous and pathetically slow and ignorant service.

If this is for march failed ECS, why it is deducting for February, and on top of that they are refunding partial amount.
