[Resolved] ICICI Bank — my debit card has been blocked suddenly | |||
Hi all, My registered mobile no is : +91 [protected] with my icici bank account. Before 2 days ago my debit card has been blocked. I don't know what is the issue behind that. But now i can not make any transaction even i am unable to use internet banking or add money to paytm, because all have required grid card information. I am really shocked about it. When i call customer care for the same, he says that your card is permanently blocked, and you will have to issue new card that will take 5 working days. It means i can not use my money for 5 days. That is festival time and i can not access my money. Its really frustrating. I am using icici banking service last 5 year. If there is any issue so clear me i can close account and move on other bank. There are so many best banks are available in market those services are too good.
