[Resolved] ICICI Bank — my money deducted but recharge not done of jio | |||||
I recharged my jio no. 82504069* on 9th feb 2018 at sharp 11:55 am through my jio further payment was done through upi and selected phonepe and therefore paid @349 to "[protected]@icici" but till now i didn`t received my balance i. E my recharge is not done and when i contact jio customer service, they told me that they didn`t received any amount and therefore the recharge can not be done, but i paid for it and when i contacted phonepe they provided me the utr no.
